I tried saving the his document to "OneDrive\Documents" and it saved there but won't go in the folder he's trying He reduced the name down to a single word and it still gives the same error. Him a message that there's a problem with the file name. The location is several folders deep and it gives He created a new Word document today and he's trying to save it to a folder in OneDrive. His data on the old laptop was saved to his OneDrive and it synced on the new laptop. There's a user at my work who can't save a Word document to his OneDrive. ![]() I hope someone can help because I haven't seen this before.
